Introduction
Gostaresh Andisheh Pouya (GAP) a Private Joint Stock Co. (PJSC) officially started its activities in October 2003, having in mind to help other businesses by services like consulting, engineer designing, implementing and supporting organizational process and workflow, research studies and supervision on engineering and management services.
Founders of the company after 10 years of continuum effort on executing several projects in systems analysis, design and optimization and Management Information Systems (MIS); decided to present their services and systems in a new totally integrated process based framework.
Also, regarding market requirements and expert and experience of GAP members, in addition to previous attempts in systems engineering and management field, two new services accomplished: IT Management and; Knowledge & Learning Management.
As well, in new rising of GAP generation; research, development and applied science creation world widely and in national scope was and still is a concrete policy of our company which led us to grate results in short time.
Now, GAP is active member of Iran NSR, Iran Informatics Companies Association, Iran Management Consulting Association and Iranian Institute of Industrial Engineering. Also GAP is certified by Iran High Council of Informatics and Iran President Deputy of Strategic Planning and Control

Mission
Gap is an active enterprise in the field of managerial consultancy aiming to provide managerial services and system's engineering, information technology management, knowledge management and learning in a national and regional level, based on it's knowledge, expertise, experience and utilization of new technologies.
Organization Structure
The three main management consulting departments of GAP are supported by other four departments entitled as "Executive Department", "Technical Department", "Project Formation Department" and "Administrative Department".
"Executive Department" is involved in conducting and supervising all non-financial resources of company and executive management of projects. This department is divided to two main divisions including Human Resource Management and Project Management.
"Technical Department" is equipped by Information Technology and communication skills. Software programming, hardware assembly, networking and developing of websites is the main tasks of this department.
"Administrative Department" has two divisions as Financial/Accounting and Contractual/Administrative groups which perform all administrative and contractual affairs of company.
The main task of "Project Formation department" is marketing and initiating new projects which are vital for consulting companies to survive in such a competitive market. This Task is the core process of the value chain of company and is handled by Marketing/Sales, Public Relation and Stakeholder Relation groups in the department
